With the purchase of our 1 year VIP membership, you will receive the following exclusive perks;

  • Damage, theft and loss protection for any product purchased following or during the purchase of this membership. $40 deductible if the product is in a non-returnable condition, e.g., lost/stolen. This coverage may continue indefinitely so long as you never allow your membership to lapse. It does not auto renew, so we will send you a reminder via email 1-4 weeks before the expiration date of your membership. Your product will be replaced with the same model unit. If we are out of stock, it may take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your replacement. If the model has ceased production, you may receive a pre-owned/used unit of the same model, or in store credit for the original purchase price.

  • In addition to the sitewide loyalty promotions we may be running at the time of your purchases, following the purchase of this membership, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card, with no less than 5% the value of your subtotal. Only applies to purchases of $100+

  • At least once per season, exclusive, limited time deals are emailed out to all members

  • Members may get early access and priority fulfillment on new products and collections, or out of stock items when they are restocked.
